    Every room is measured on the estimate visit, so your price comes from your rooms, not an average.

    Your estimate the same evening

    Itemized line by line and fixed for 30 days. Approve the lines you want and sign online.

    Pick your days

    Choose your start day online. A 50% deposit schedules the work; the balance is due on completion.

  • Every room measured; every line priced on the estimate
  • Floors covered, furniture wrapped, the room put back together
  • A fixed price, good for 30 days
  • A 1-year workmanship warranty on everything we paint

What we don’t do

  • Exterior painting; interior only for now
  • Wallpaper removal as a standalone job (we quote it when it is in the way of painting)
  • Structural drywall replacement
  • Popcorn or textured ceiling removal (we will paint them)

If a job is outside what we do, we say so on the spot.
